My tracking num is UC000544784US. It’s nearly been a month (delivery to Macau). Can someone tell me the delivery date and where my package is right now?

I think you printed the parcel with address Macau,China, right? this caused the parcel transit to China instead of directly to Macau. Transit through China will take extra one or two weeks because it will cost import and export customs processing. You need to wait some more time.

You can't know exact ETA. Based on our experience, it will take about 7 to 15 days.

Is there any way to know precisely where it is? All tracking websites tell me its "on the way" to China, but is it in China? Sorry for the excessive questions.
