1. If you don't mind waiting another week then do so. I would not quit right now on the parcel. I suspect strongly that the parcel might have departed later then expected. And at the other end, JFK might still be trying to get all the parcels sorted out.

2. If you can not wait, then contact your seller and open a dispute.

Hey! please help me, ,y package was sent from Baltimore, Maryland on Dec, 20/2016 via First class international mail to Shenyang china. USPS said that they can not track the package because it is already left the US. please help me track it if it has reached china, tracking number is Lc972249463us.

Lc972249463us is USPS 1st class main. China Post does not scan and update status of such parcel. So you can not know if it has arrived China or not.

it has already been more than two months, should i just got to my nearest china post and inquire for my package or a refund from USPS in the USA?

you should contact USPS for refund. China Post does not scan USPS first class mail, so they don't know your parcel location, it is waste of time to contact China Post.

LT939081146CN is still in china. wait one more week, it should arrive USA customs.
