Whats going on with my packet i have used epacket many times and every time it has updated and left china by no this seems the be stuck at acceptance of bulk mail.

1. You might want to wait a couple of days, like maybe 3 or 4, if no tracking then contact seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel.

2. Please take into consideration that E Packet is 6 to 12 working days for delivery to you, except Customs Inspection does not count in those days.

Hope this help.

Thanks for the reply,

I realize that epacket is 6-12 days but i have had at least 50 items shipped via epacket and they are usualy shipped from china on route to the uk 1-2 days after acceptance this was accepted on the 29th like 4 days ago and hasnt moved since, it just seems out of the ordinary compared to my usual experience with the epacket sevice.

1. I understand what you are saying, maybe some EMS courier company are more efficient than others.

2. Hope you see some tracking in the next few days.

Hope this help.

Hello,

Tracking number RL221596748CN please tell me where it is and estimated delivery date and time. I am in Toronto, Ontario.

1. You parcel departed China To Canada and is En Route:
Summary
Tracking number Origin Destination Status
RL221596748CN CHINA CANADA On route

History Detail
Local date/time Activity Location Remarks
10-Jun-2016 17:14 Received by Post Office 36509904
12-Jun-2016 10:41 Departure export customs FUZHOU

2. Estimate delivery time for Canada is 30 to 60 days from time it was mail 10 June.

3. We don't know which Inbound site will the parcel arrive Toronto, Montreal or Vancouver. But 95% of parcel arrive in Vancouver Inbound International Mail.

4. If parcel arrive in Vancouver then it will take 5 to 6 weeks before it gets to you. But because of a possible Strike or Lock out of Canada Post this could be longer.

Hope this help.

1. The only tracking I could find is the same one as you. May I suggest you read this:
What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?
On this site:

What does the status “Export Security Scan” mean? How long it will take?

2. You might want to contact seller and ask him what is going with your parcel. Just say to him that the parcel is block at the Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan. He might be able to call China Post: 11185, to find out what is wrong with the parcel.

3. Also would like to mention that the type of parcel you have is what is call China Post Small Packet Plus parcel which can only be track in China. Sometimes there is more tracking then your parcel. But also sometimes there is only one tracking of the parcel in China Post.

4. Even if you don't see any tracking it does not mean that the parcel is not moving to your country. It's the most inexpensive way to send parcel Overseas, but it get last priority to get the Mail Bag out of China.

Hope this help.

Hi, could you check this tracking no. RS435767672NL if it's genuine as DH Gate are suspecting that it might be fake.

Thanks,

Hi, my tracking no. RS472060897NL is showing pre-advised on the PostNL since July 12th.
Can you tell me where's the parcel.
Thanks,

Thanks,

1. Your tracking number is a valid tracking number.

2. This could be the problem:
China
Date: 13 July 2016
Expected delay:
Unknown
Country:
China
Reason for service alert:

We would like to inform you that severe floods in China in the provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang (postcodes in the following ranges: 430000–443000, 410011–427000, 230000–247000, 210000–226000, 310000–325800) are impacting the collection and delivery of all mail and parcel products since the 6th of July. Residents have been evacuated and roads and properties are flooded. We thank you for your understanding and will keep you updated on the situation.
Can be found here:
http://www.postnl.com/help-support/delivery-status/international-service-alerts/

3. But Royal mail has resume their activity from China:
http://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5317/~/international-incidents-update#China

4. So I suspect Post Nl will do the same thing in the near future. You could contact the seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel, why you can not track it etc...

5. If you feel the explanation of the seller does not meet your expectation, then just open a dispute to get your money back.

Hope this help.
