1. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel. He can call China Post to find out if more info is available for your parcel.

2. Estimate arrival time for parcel to your country is 6 to 36 days. Your parcel has been on the road for 35 days.

3. I have track also your parcel on different sites and I don't see anything wrong with it.

My package wasn't able to reach destination I guess nobody was home when it was delivered and now it has been sent back to china. I wanted to change the delivery address as to ensure that these will get to destination without any more delay than necessary.

1. Both tracking number are valid. RG299387169CN has not yet reach China Post. It can take up to 10 days for a parcel to be register into the China Post system. If after 10 days you still can not track your parcel, then you should contact seller and ask him if he did physically mail the parcel.
