2. You should contact seller as soon as possible and tell him you have not received the parcel. Just include the above tracking when you contact him. Ask him to contact China Post: 11185, to find out where is your parcel. You should have receive the parcel a long time ago.

1. I don't know from where you bought the article but you need to open a dispute with the seller. In the dispute include the tracking that I have provided.

2. That the best I can think off right now.
