Post Not able to track for weeks

Hi all,

Ive got a package RH00874XXXXCN. I received the tracking 3 weeks ago now and it still isn't working. I buy lots of packages in China but never had to wait 3 weeks before even the tracking to work. So is this a tracking failure or did the seller not ship my item? (Which I think is weird because its a familiar seller and always did ship properly).

Yes but I can not imagine he didn't ship it. My question also is, is it possible that it just is a tracking failure?
