Post What does "Held by custom" mean?

A package has been dispatched for India from China (Tracking number: RJ485710640CN). After 2 weeks, the status is "Held by custom".

What does it mean? Will I receive the parcel? Or has it been confiscated? Can anyone please help?

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows the parcel just arrived India today. China Post does not control the parcel anymore. Normally you should get the parcel from India Post within one week, if not , contact India Post and inquiry delivery schedule.

this is the latest status of my parcel, can you be so kind to verify what does it really means?? Is my parcel confiscated? is it subject to tax? i purchased few fashion jewelries to aliexpress and its only worth US15.00+

Hello china post admin can you tell me why haven't my package moved for 83 days it's been in the same location this is really frustrating #RO211801419CN please give me an update thank you

RO211801419CN seems to be lost. You should open dispute.

Hello, my tracking number is RJ577665399CN.It has been stuck for 1week. Last week the custom of Cambodia called me to confirm my name and number of my package. Now i stil don't get my parcel. What should I do now? Normally do custom staff call receiver to confirm like that in your country?

Customs rules are different in every country, you have to call them back to ask the status.

my shipment show Held by Custom since 5 days?? what is going on ??
it is EE744216398CN. i paid 30$ extra for fast shipping because i need this item ASAP so please tell me what i should do. thanks
