your parcel is in the hand of Saudi Post, you should contact them for delivery information.

when i track it on Track in destination countries (here in your website) i got this "parcel has not arrived Saudi Arab yet!"

you can call Saudi Post. sometime website data is not updated yet.

Hello, I got the same answer when I check my status

My tracking Number：EA116659266CN. It's been there since 05/02/16 (5 working days )
I too paid extra. Has the site not been updated yet? is there any problem?

now is chinese new year holiday (from Feb 7 to Feb 20 most shipping services are closed),you need some patient.

Please can you help me to clarify the situation? The shipping was sent to me from China to USA by EMS on 16th of March.EA117199932CN. Status for today is held by customs/its already a week/and I can do nothing/there is no explanation on the site what should I do as a receiver? No contact email or internetional number of customs in China..what should I do, I need this shipping this week/It was sent by EMS in order to get it as soon as possible.

LM112046869CN left china on Oct 26. If you have not got the goods, it should be lost. you'd better open dispute for lost parcel.

Hello China Post - I too have the "held by customs" message and the package is still in China. Oddly, I placed an order from the same seller about 2 hours earlier in the same day and that package is in the US ready to be delivered but this one didn't make it out and is being held. Tracking #LT408976778CN
