Hi I was wondering if you could help me. My parcel update has not changed in 5 days and I was wondering what is taking so long I was hoping to have it by the 18th of this month but looks like that won't happen. Tracking number RY533203849CN
It says that the security check is back. What is taking so long?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RY533203849CN was rejected by safety department. You should open dispute to seller for non-arrival parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination country on Jan 3. Normally it should be delivered Germany Post/DHL in one week after arriving destination. Your parcel has 70% chance to be lost in Germany. I suggest you contact Gemany Post for delivery detail.
