I hope these explanations will help other customers who are worried about their package.
My package was in Guangzhou customs since November 30th. But it was dispatched by plane on December 9th to arrive in my country on December 13th. He stayed at the customs for 7 days to arrive home today (December 20)
There was no problem ... These are the Christmas holidays and the delays are longer. You are not alone to order in this period ...

Post My shipment cancelled??? What does that even mean?

I'm very confused right now. I ordered some goods last week from China and now when I track it it says cancelled. What does that mean? What should I do about that?

Please help. My package is being held by customs. Other site say it's custom cleared and others say it's cancelled. How can my shipment be cancelled? I am confused so please help.

EV904544081CN is fake number. Your seller did not ship anything. Open dispute to ebay/aliexpress and claim refund.

Hi I'm getting something similar except mine saying its in customs clearance and has been there since may 11 EA266749452CN I've never had this problem before an I've order several times from China with no problem

EA266749452CN left China on May 11. It should have arrived USPS import center long time ago. I believe it is either lost or seriously delayed in customs. If you can not get the goods in next 10 days, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

EA277279746CN should have some problem to pass security scan. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

CP306127949CN is in a sea port customs in Japan. It is shipped by sea and very very slow. You might need wait 2 to 6 months to get the goods.
