I ordered my package on 10/07/2018 I still have not received it. I need to know where it's at or i need a refund asap.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ924730114CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 15. It is waiting in airline warehouse for available flight space from Shenzhen to FRA airport. you can not see new status until it arrives Germany. this might take 7 to 20 days.

You need wait some more days.
