I had placed an order on 5th September, 2018 and used my office address for delivery. My order number is 94500397124725 and my tracking id is RY291011329CN. Some of the packages arrived by the end of the month but then my office moved from Matunga to Lower Parel. I wasn't informed that the rest of my package had arrived an it was kept in the Mahim Head Post Office for 3-4 days and returned. The package is back at Kolkata airport sorting office right now. Is there any way you can send it back so that I can pick it up from the post office? I can also give you an alternate address for delivery.

you need contact India Post and ask them to send the parcel back to you. If India can not do it for you, none else can help you get the parcel.
