http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LZ919777017CN shows the parcel was shipped on Oct 17. It is waiting in airline warehouse for available flight space from Guangzhou to Mexico. you can to see new status until parcel passes Mexico customs. this might take 7 to 20 days.

You need wait some more days.
