Can you please check on the progress of a piece of air mail which logged in Guangzhou on the 2nd of june 2016 under tracking number CF100700195AU from Australia.

1. Recipient of the parcel should call China Post: 11185, to find out where is the parcel, so they can arrange delivery or pick up. Parcel should have been delivered by now.

I do not understand why i was told on the 15th of June that a parcel that lodged in guangzhou on the 2nd of June was taking to long. It is now the 28th of June and it is not delivered on the tracking code CF100700195AU  why has this parcel remained undelivered for a whole month. Could someone please deliver it.
