I have not received package for LZ932348030CN. Status has not changed for many days. Where is the item now?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LZ932348030CN shows the parcel was shipped from china to Toronto on Oct 15. Now Canada post workers are taking labor actions, processing is very slow. You might need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get the parcel.
