LN650932774CN order was in late September last update said it was flying to Chicago on October 4th either never took off or never arrived? I don't know what's going on.

LN650932774CN should be seriously delayed either in Suzhou export airport warehouse or in Chicago customs. You can not know exact situation until parcel passes US customs Chicago.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If the status does not change after Nov 4th, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
