Recently I ordered from amazon and my parcel was supplied and shipped by your company. However, it says that my order has been delivered but I can’t seem to find it anywhere at home. My tracking number for the parcel is LZ926327588CN. Hopefully you can help. Thank you very much! Oh

RoyalMail is ChinaPost delivery agent in UK. Royal Mail website shows LZ926327588CN was delivered by post office in Belfast South and Central DO.

You can check your mailbox first. If you can not find the parcel there, contact above mentioned post office for delivery detail.
