I know I sound like a broken record from others, haha.

Okay, I ordered a wig from Amazon October 5th and it was shipped October 10th, the item was in customs and on the USPS site, it only says

“October 12, 2018, 2:39 am

Processed Through Facility
SUZHOU EMS, CHINA
Your item has been processed through a facility in SUZHOU EMS, CHINA at 2:39 am on October 12, 2018. “

Today is October 20th and Amazon said that the package is supposed to arrive between October 17–22nd and that the package will arrive on Monday. The USPS site says that it’s at customs still, but when I look at the China post it says

I’m not sure which one to believe, I asked the merchant when will it arrive, and yesterday she responded and said

“We have contacted the shipment company,theysaid the item will arrive within 7 working days,usually it will arrives before Halloween”

I just want to know if my package will arrive before November 2nd or not and if the package is moving, thank you.
