This is almost always a bad sign; it means your item failed to pass the security scan for putting it onboard its transit aircraft. Sometimes they will try to figure out what is inside that's causing the problem and pass it through the security scan again, but if the item isn't underway again in a week or so, you might have to contact your seller or open a dispute.

No it's a coat ! It doesn't contain a battery ! So you think it could return to scan and pass or directly return to the seller?

Either one of those is possible. If no updates within a week or two, or your buyer protection period is close to expiring, I would contact the seller or open a dispute.

In my case I received my parcel ~22 days from when this status showed. (Well not exactly received, but it did entered my country at last) But please note my shipment faced some delay on the airport, I don't know why it was looping for about week and a half in status Leaving the cross-air. If everything is fine with your package and not delay occurs like mine you can get your parcel in two weeks max.
