This is not unusual; once ePacket or registered mail items leave China they are in sealed mailbags and can't be scanned again until they are received by the USPS: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=669

In a few more days they should show up in the USPS tracker. Usually this kind of item (ePacket) arrives in 10 days or so.
