Post Trying to find my package pls help

This is my tracking number: ZC37137273799

When i enter my tracking number i get this:

No tracking information is available for this item.
You may try the tracking service provided by the
origin post.

What does this mean?
The item was supposedly sent on the 10th of June.
Could this mean that the item was never really sent?
Or could it be that it was delivered and i somehow never got it and when i went to check on it it was already done and over with and that's why there isn't any information? Or would it just say that the item was delivered if that was the case?

Any help is very very much appreciated thank you

ZC37137273799 arrived in USA on June 20 but no further update for two weeks now. Normally this means the item address was printed wrong and can not be delivered. You need to open dispute to seller for refund.

Oh ok well thank you very much for your help. What happens to the package? Is it returned to sender? And if you have the time would you explain how would i go about opening up a dispute? Again, thank you for all your help.

if you purchased in Aliexpress or Temu, contact their resolution center to file dispute.

Hi so i contacted the business and told them what you said. The package entered USA on the 20th, no update for 2 weeks, and that usually means the address was printed wrong and the package cant be delivered. They replied with "The package has not yet been released for routine customs inspection" along with a screenshot of what looks like the results of looking up my tracking number. It lists the various stops along it's route, the last entry is it entering the U.S. on the 20th in Chicago IL. So basically they showed me exactly what i had just told them. So now I'm unsure of how to respond. It technically does say that it is still in transit, but would i be correct in my understanding that the fact that when i attempt to enter my tracking number there is no record of any package to mean that it is no longer still in transit and no longer being delivered? Or is there technically some tiny chance that it could still end up being delivered some day? Also, the claim about it not yet being released for routine customs inspection. It doesn't say anything about that on the screenshot they sent me. Is this true, or is there any way that they would even know that? I'm not sure how to respond to them and any help or information would be extremely helpful and very very much appreciated. Thank you

the item arrived in Chicago on June 20. Without any update for 4 weeks after arriving USA normally means the parcel can not be delivered. You need to claim from seller before it is too late.
