Post Parcel is stuck at customs in China, what can I do?

Unfortunately, I ordered something from a site that came from China but was not visible beforehand. I have now sent it back again.
My return shipment has been at customs in China since 26.June.: CY289259032EN - postal code 322000
According to the German shipping service provider, an invoice or similar is missing and the recipient must take care of it. Unfortunately, the recipient of the return is not very cooperative. I guess they also avoid getting the goods back. What can I do, who can I contact from Germany so that customs receives the missing documents and the parcel reaches the recipient?

if recipient does not want to accept the parcel, the parcel can not be delivered. It will finally return back to Germany after a coupon of months.

that they do not accept the shipment is not yet the case. At the moment it is still at customs, which still needs documents. And the recipient should contact them. How can I find out what is missing and how can I send it to customs?

1) CY289259032EN has no arrival record in China Post system, it is a wrong number. are you talking about CY289259032DE?

2)When you ship parcel to China, you need to write recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel. After parcel arrives China, China Post will send a text message to recipient so that she/he can make customs declaration online. Recipient will know what form needs to be filed to China Post by an APP. It is quite easy. Shipper no need do anything.

If recipient does NOT make customs clearance within free storage period, the parcel will be returned to shipper. Shipper can not do anything to make customs clearance. It is recipient's task.

I do not have a phone number from the recipient´s. I think it is a letterbox company. And it is not easy to communicate with them.

Is it a return for refund? If yes, it can explain everything. They actually don't want to accept the return from you. This is a common game always played by those bad sellers.

Is there no chance to send an invoice to the china customs? No E-Mail-adress? I have the same problem...

ich bin bereit, weiter alle möglichen Rechtswege zu beschreiten gegen diese Halunken. Zumindest könnte man ihre Verkaufsplattformen sperren und den Paypal-Kontakt kappen und die Methode bekannter machen. Angeblich senden die gar nicht aus China, sondern aus D, nur die Rücksendung soll dorthin, um es schwerer zu machen und teuer! (in meinem Fall 49 Euro)
Bist du hier noch an Bord? Wie ging es bei dir inzwischen weiter?
