I recently ordered a few vinyl records from store in the sjop app and gave me tracking number and said the parcel was delivered but it hasn't....

Any advice would be appreciated as tried to contact the store I ordered from and it's no longer available ffs

The parcel left Processing Center in swansea,SA4 3AG on July 12. No delivery is confirmed yet. We believe this is a scam. You need call your credit card bank and claim charge back before it is too late.

can you please answer me, from which shop you ordered, so that I know, which shop I have to avoid?
