normally it will arrive in about 2 to 4 weeks after sent to airline date.

My order status is export security scan for 27 days my order number is RG062721498CN and i am in egypt my sister ordered something and she received it 2 days ago from the same place where i ordered but with a different tracking number can i know why mine in stuck and how long it will take

if no battery inside, it should be ok. your parcel might be a little bit delayed in Beijing.

Hello I ordered something on ebay on december and it hasn't updated since the 10th of December.
My tracking number is RJ263793465CN and on track-trace.com says
RJ263793465CN 2014 Departure from outward office of exchange 31002400 ES 2014-12-10
but in track-chinapost.com
RJ263793465CN 2014 Export Customs Scan Hangzhou Spain 20141210 1533
They are postcards, I ordered something from the same shop before and I got it within 2 weeks. I know that there has been christmas in between but it is very strange that it is not even updated.
What happens?
