I bought a baby stroller and tracking code since Oct. 23 was not found. The seller says it was sent, but error by the post office can not view the code. Tracking Code: ri188857323cn, Destination Brazil, the seller says it is for me to trust him, that the product was shipped. I purchased two products in different shops and just gave this error. Please, help me. How i know?

RI188857323CN is fake number. open dispute and claim refund asap.

4 weeks no update should be a problem??? The whole reason of a tracking number is so we can see what is happening with our purchase so it should be updated regularly , china post needs to pull th thier finger out their arses and deliver us what we paid for. Worst service and will not be using them again...lazy workers

My ordered item (RK012537940CN) . Its tracking updation is off since 30th october'2014.
Why is this happening? - inform me.
And you kindly do best for me, so that i can receive my ordered item within this ongoing week.
Its very urgent.

parcel to India might take about 3 to 8 weeks. status changing is very slow after the goods arrives India Customs. you need some patient.

RC487624303CN is Urumuqi where many parcels were rejected. you should open dispute asap.

RI055997055CN this then? It is sent to airline, but not sure yet it is my package.
Can you confirm target location = Horby? :)
