Checking back on my same parcel that appears to be MIA. LT446304154CN has no movement in over 30 days. At what point to I consider it lost? USPS has no record of it so at this point it's considered to be still in China or in route on a small canoe for the past 31 days. I've already filed a dispute with my cc but that would take longer than a Chin Post shipment at this rate. And the seller refuses to acknowledge the issue and just claims this is normal.

2. This is what is on the USPS site:

3. Parcel to USA can Take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver and sometimes more.

4. Now what needs to happen is that USPS needs to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.

6. There is plenty of US Citizens waiting for their parcel arriving in Chicago. So I suspect Chicago his having a problem with incoming parcels from China.

1. That is calendar days. In very good condition a parcel (E Packet) to USA can take between 1.5 to 3 weeks to be deliver. But right now it's not the case.

2. From Oct to end of Feb it's a very bad time to buy from China. Because you start with a week long National Holiday, after you get the big 11 Nov sale, after that is the Holiday Season parcel and in the end Jan Chinese New Year.

In desperate need of help here. I had an item sent out on November the 9th. However the item still hasnt been updated on tracking site and eBay is deciding the case in favour of the other. I used China Post RB733887208CN and the last updated detail was on the 17th?
What can I do?

2. Unfortunately USPS does not track China Post Register Air Mail parcel anymore since last year. But a good thing is that you parcel is a register parcel so you have to sign for it. If you are not home USPS will give you a card that the parcel has arrive and ready to be pick up.

3. Now what needs to happen is that USPS needs to scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

4. Just let us hope that the parcel will come to you soon anough.

I am the one who sent the item out. The person receiving it raised a dispute and eBay is deciding it in their favour saying that there has been no updated tracking for the item since the 17th.
Is there any way to get other information about this?

Shortest Arv. Days: 8 days
Avg. Arrival Days: 16 days
Longest Arv. Days: 62 days
