Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags
Chicago overwhelming of parcels incoming from Overseas.

3. I'm not trying to defend anybody here but the seller should have phone China Post EMS to find out exactly what is happening to your parcel. Giving you more buyer's protection is OK but does not tell you anything about your parcel.

4. Because their is not flight number, is your parcel gone or still in China misplace in a corner, nobody know the answer. Or has it arrive in Chicago but USPS did not scan your parcel yet.

5. You have to take the decision it your parcel and your money.

USPS website shows no arrival info about LT599063311CN, it should be lost. open dispute to seller and claim refund asap.

Then your parcel should be OK.

2. It's normal that you don't see the country, it's always like that with this type of parcel. It can take between 30 to 60 days to be deliver and can not be track in your country.
