Hi,

its been 20 days and there has been no update in the tracking status since then.

7/24/2014 9:31:00 PM CHINA 518103 Receive item from customer (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

8/13/2014 10:41:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Insert item into bag (Otb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

8/14/2014 8:00:00 AM CHINA BEIJING Send item abroad (EDI-received) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

Please help on this.

the parcel has similar problem as other parcels to India. They are all in Kolkata customs waiting for customs clearance. It might take 2 to 4 weeks, you need some patient. China Post can do nothing for you on customs clearance time, it all depends on India customs officer.

I checked on your website and the tracking information says the parcel is not in india.

China Post Item#RI106843705CN Delivery Information in India

tracking number RI106843705CN has not arrived Inida yet!

Please help on this.
