The day January 19, 2015 makes a purchase the company BuyInBulk, this was made by Amazon with 113-6560787-9010633 order number, the shipping went to Miami, USA but came without tracking number, now I can not remove my package without this number, I require greater collaboration, they can communicate to my email, thank you very much.

you should contact Amazon and claim refund.
