I would like a update on the information for my package. Its been three weeks now.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LT347371461CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
