I have been in contact with a seller from a webite called ioffer.com. I bought shoes he gave me the tracking number RH012973057CN on April 6 and he tells me that the China post is very busy and i should be patient. Is this true and is he lying? If so how would i go about getting my money back from this seller? Is he fraud? Nothing is coming up
