Hi was tracking this number: RO024789092CN and it was suposed to be sent to Peru, but it says that is has been delivered in UK. ...Was that the real destination?

second: I talk to the seller and they sent me another parcel and gave me this number... is it fake? : WA038948474YP

I ordered something from Aliexpress and when I went to track my item it said there were no results found with this tracking number which is RI720977205CN So is this a fake tracking number??
