RC668950359CN should have left China and on the way to Saudi Arabia. Not sure it is transiting through Hong Kong, Dubai or Malaysia. No matter through which port, you might need wait another 2 to 4 weeks.

I sent a parcel to China 2nd June 2014 with tracking number RU389878943GB. This parcel arrived in BEIJING CHINA on the 6th of June. Since then the recipient has contacted China post on several occasion but to no avail. Upon another attempt on 4th July, the recipient in China was informed by your post office that the parcel was in the Nanning city and will be delivered to her address at Guilin , but on the 16th of July she was informed by the post office in Nanning that they could not find the parcel now. This has taken over a month and constitute to an appalling customer service on the part of China post. I will like to claim for my lost item and will be grateful if you could provide me with the details of how to go about claiming. Thanks

you might need to file an investigation with Royal Mail and claim compensation for lost parcel.
