SIR I ORDERED A CISS FOR MY EPSON PRINTER XP310 . FOR $30 FROM A SELLER OF ALIEXPRESS.COM ( ORDER NO-62730611946930 ). AND THE PACKET CAME TO ME THROUGH CHINA POST ( BAR CODE NO- R8 83519429 0 CN ) BUT IT WAS OF NO USE SO THE SELLER DECIDED TO RETURN ONLY $17 AND ASKED ME TO CLAIM THE REST OF $13 TO CHINA POST AS THIS WAS SPENT BEHIND POSTAGE ( AS THE SAID ) SO PLEASE SEND MY $13 TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT -- SUJANLO909$GMAIL.COM - THANKS A LOT - SUJAN KUMAR LO , INDIA

you should open dispute to aliexpress and claim compensation.

Hello, I have a question: My package RH073529690CN has been resent to the seller because of an error in my name, so the seller has not seen this parcel (probably has been lost) and has left me this message:
"Dear friends ! Very sorry ! Goods can not be sent , please refund it, thanks for understanding!"
Now, how do I go about getting a refund? Do I have to open a dispute? Thank you.

Wait, but make sure your buyer protection doesn't expire. Message the seller and ask to refund your paypal account. If there are any problems then open a dispute.
