How do you know it is fake or not?

you can track in track-chinapost.com , if your seller really shipped your goods, it will show location and status within 48hrs of shipment, otherwise it will show china post has not received the parcel

The number looks real.. My most recent purchase took almost a week before the tracking number showed any info so I wouldn't be too worried if it doesn't work right away

CN14126666395539 is not a tracking number. Your seller did not use a china post service which can be tracked online. you can not verify his shipping information.

If you purchased the goods through paypal or aliexpress, you can wait 2 to 4 weeks and see if you can receive the goods. If not, you can open dispute and claim refund. ebay/aliexpress will not consider this kind of shipping number as proof of shipment, so normally you can get refund very easily.
