China Post database shows the parcel RM803043815CN was delivered in India on July 21.

You have to wait 3-10 business before you can track you order. If this time limit passed then this number is fake.

Yea. The seller stated the shipped the item 13 days ago and still nothing on the tracking.
The seller keeps talking about a storm that is delay it. I have opened a dispute as i believe this is a scam.

When you order from AliExpress, most items doesn't show up within 48 hours and they state that you need to wait for 3-10 business days for the item to show up in the system.
