My tracking number is CP219271408CN.

Anyone can tell my why the status of parcel is being "Export Customs Scan" for ages? Just wondering where is my parcel located? What can I do now, waiting? calling?

CP219271408CN is surface parcel. moving and status changing might take 2 to 4 months. You seller should not use such slow service.
