Post What is happening with my parcel

I was wondering what is happening with my parcel tracking number: RH101630337CN. It has been stuck on 'Export Security Scan' for a few weeks now and was told by the company I brought it through that I would receive my package within a few days but yet im still waiting for it. Does tracking not get updated regularly or is it still stuck in customs?????

stuck in customs for 4 to 5 weeks is common. your company should not promise you it will arrive in a few days. If time is an important issue to you, you can open dispute and claim refund.

Can you please explain why it takes so long to be processed. So far all you have done on this forum is told people to claim money back but we all want our parcels not money back.
