I have a package that was apparently picked up on the 18-01-2015 yet it has done nothing since. Can I find out what is happening with it?

RF005783018CN should have some problem to pass safety scan. what is the item inside?

you can wait one more week, if still no status update, you have to open dispute and claim refund.

You should probably open the dispute now. It's very unusual not to see any status after collection.

I lodged a despute with the seller and he rejected the despute saying he has now extended the expected shipping time :(
