My friend works in Indian post I gave details n asked him to track it, unfortunately he said its not in d hands of Indian post. Even ma self tried tracking d order but its showing the order no doesn't exist.
Wat should I do now..???

I have ordered cloth from Aliexpress.com and the supplier has provided me with RM631073640CN tracking number. But it stucks at Kolkata Airport Sorting Office. Don't know how much time will it take to reach me :(

I have been seeing ' edi received Kolkatta sorting office' right from 20.08.15. I do not follow whether it is received at India and when it will get delivered at Chennai- RG211230243CN

I have ordered an item under tracking no
RG 211230243CN on 14.08.15. It seems that it is not received in India. Kindly give me feedback.

Hi this side Ankur.I have ordered my wedding cards from China.But it has got stuck in Kolkata Sorting Airport.Following was the the last Status: 2015-08-05 08:02,China,BEIJING,Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air,KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE 2015-08-04 09:45,China,BEIJING,Insert item into bag (Otb), Air,KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE 2015-07-19 10:23,China,215027,Receive item from customer (Otb), Air,KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE. I am unable to track it further.There is no change in the status from the last 10 days.Kindly help me out to get my thing as I need them urgently before my wedding i.e 7th Sep.

DEAR sahil mittal-8888 .

Its been estimated that the product from china takes a minimum of 11 days and a maximum of 65 days to reach india , it is also assumed that we should wait 90 days at a max for a china item , the best thing with your case is that you have a valid tracking id . it means you will receive your product some day or the other but when nobody knows, u will receive it for sure if u have a valid tracking id .

just keep checking ur product tracking on http://www.track-chinapost.com/en/ every 5 to 7 days .

i am myself contacting the admin to know why our products keep on travelling for 3 to 5 weeks to reach india once it leaves china airport . hope we find the solution and answer soon ........

I ordered from aliexpress tracking id- RF032728515CN it got freezed with EDI RECEIVED and nothing else and I got refunded.

Again I placed another order with aliexpress Tracking-RI573160656CN and now it's also freezed like before (EDI RECEIVED) since 13th August.
what can I do?

ACCORDING TO MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS IN MINIMUM TIME OF 11 DAYS AND A MAX OF 55 DAYS . PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE.
