IN THAT CASE YOU SHOULD OPEN DISPUTE AND ASK FOR A REFUND

dear friend , its more than 90 days and you have not received your product , generally 90 days is the maximum limit for a china registered air mail, your product is lost somewhere in international , because it usually takes 3 to 5 weeks to reach india once it leaves last china airport , your product is lost , please open dispute and ask for a refund .

status freeze for 2 to 4 weeks is very common, no need worry.
