The order 11377543148 was sent by Yanwen courier service it shows it had reached Kolkata Airport on 28th Aug 2015 and it has been a month but I still havent received the parcel. This issue was never faced with any other parcel that were sent through China post but Yanwen it looks like we have no clue. What could be done as I currently stay in HYD

It says posted since 25 days and no change thereafter. .pls help
Why is there no update after 10th sept 2015. Is it possible that china post forgot to send the parcel. .or forgot to update?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows RH248165211CN transited 3 airports in China before Sept 29. There should be some shortage of airline space from china to india. You need to wait another 2 to 4 weeks. If your buyer protection is expiring, you should ask seller extend the protection or open dispute.

i have a pair of shoes from aliexpress lying in the sorting office . if i need to get it out what should i do .. and im not a local of kolkata . can anyone please guide or help me regarding the same

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your seller just shipped your goods yesterday. you need wait at least 4 to 6 weeks to get your goods.
