I am getting a new update which is not discussed in the form above. It stated that "India, MUMBAI AIR, Transfer from office of exchange (Inb), Air, MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE". Can anyone tell me if the custom checking is done or not yet done.

I Have ordered 2 packages that have not reached RL169361678CN and RF399326445CN. The first one was shipped over a month ago, but hasnt reached India and the other one was transferred from Kolkata to Mumbai (destination is Hyderabad) please help.

1. For parcel RL169361678CN, it might be lost/misplace. Just contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel.

2. For parcel RF399326445CN, the last tracking is this:
2016-11-26 18:48
India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Transfer from office of exchange (Inb), Air, CED MUMBAI

3. You need to call India Post to find out about your parcel, I suspect you might have to pay some Customs. Or go to the closes India Post Office for any explanation.
