Since Last 10 Days i am unable to track it...Plz help

my tracking number 02658570387 is not updated from 17-02-2016
last update as '2016-02-17 23:05:33.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center'. After that no update till today. I have no hope for receiving in here INDIA!!! what happened with my parcel? My purchase protection ends in 10 days. Should i open dispute in ALIEXPRESS.

02658570387 is china post ordinary parcel which is slow. you can wait one more week and see if you can get the goods. If you can not get it after Mar 15, open dispute to aliexpress.

this is my tracking number RL184060065CN

my tracking number is update yesterday

2016-03-09 18:50 India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO, Send item to customs (Inb), Air, CED KOLKATA

this is my problem please solve it.

i m see another tracking number about india.
show customs city (Ex - Delhi, Mumbai, e.t.c).
Similarly not show my city (chhapra)
Show CED KOLKATA, this pkg already in kolkata.

WHY ?

Since 28th Feb 2016, tracking records are not being updated
Last record showing "Export Custom Clearance Complete"
Tracking No. is RF182802865CN
Shall i wait or escalate the Dispute?

Pls suggest.

i think now is too early to escalate dispute. wait 1 or 2 more weeks, if you can not get the parcel , then open dispute.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows it just arrived India customs. you need wait one or two weeks to get the parcel customs cleared.

RK402821574CN is fake number. your seller did not ship you anything yet.
