http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it stuck in Customs over one month, it should have some problem to pass security check. you should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress immediately.

China Post phone number 11185, call within China only, Chinese Mandarin Language only.

Can you please call them for me? I don't speak this language and if there was a possibility to contact them by email or phone I would have contacted them myself. What happens now with the package??
