Please check this package RB900411898CN, it is going to the Netherlands.
On all the tracking sites I have tried is the same information, after 18 February nothing has happened. Is this not strange?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it stuck in customs for about one month. normally this means it can not pass security check in customs. so you should open a dispute with paypal or aliexpress immediately.
