you should NOT accept his request which allow him to hold the money until he receive the watches. You should ask him to refund you money NOW and if you receive the goods (he can track the parcel online) , you can pay back to him. if he does not refund you, you can open a dispute to paypal and you can get refund from paypal.

Thanks for your reply, but the problem is I did not pay with paypal, I paid by bank account...

Unfortunately you selected a very risky payment method, it can not protect you from fraud or parcel lost. You should use paypal,aliexpress,amazon to do online shopping.

I tracked my package RB900411898CN to see if there was any update, because there was no more information after 18 February, but now I get a message that the number is not in the China Post database...? Can someone please check this? Thank you

Can anybody please track RB900411898CN, it was there from February untill yesterday because I have been tracking it every day to see if there was some update, but now when I track it on the China Post website it says that it is not in the database of China Post....? Did this also happened to anybody else? PLEASE help!

Would really appreciate if you could track this parcel? Was on there tracking page until 26/4 in there custom controls and then I cannot get into the page to find the parcel. RC460120735CN

china post database had some problems in passed 4 hours. you can track it again now.
