1. Normally Company like Yanwen Logistics will take the parcel from a seller until it depart from China. Then at the other end it is the Country Post Office who will be taking care of the parcel.

2. This is the best answer I can give you without the tracking number.

3. Are the above dates for your purchase seem to be OK?
If your answer is Yes then your parcel are loss.

4. You could try Emirates Post but I suspect they will not find your parcel. When the parcels arrived in UAE maybe they were seize by Customs and destroyed?

1. You should have provide the tracking number so maybe somebody could help you.

2. Your Post Office is right, parcel from China Post with RG is registered parcel ending with CN.

3. But you could also have China Post parcel like:
China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus
This type of parcel is from China Post but can only be track in China and no other Post Office in the World.

4. Then you got some Private Courier service from China that can have only number and are taking charge of your parcel through every step in China Post up to the departure of the parcel in China.

1. You can not track that number in your country, you need to wait for the delivery by the United Arab Eremites Post office. They are the one that will deliver your parcel.

you should know what courier companies are being used by sellers. so that i can contact them.
Please help me

1. Like I told you in the other post, you can not track this parcel in your country or any country in the World.

2. Your country Post Office will deliver your parcel just like it was a letter except it is a small Parcel.

3. Even if you contact courier service they will not do anything because the parcel was given to your country Postal System, and they are not tracking your parcel.
