You can also call EMPOST customer care. Their no is online. They were quite helpful and will tell you if the items have already been returned back or if you can pick them up.

Status: DUBAI SORTING CENTRE Received Dispatch from Office means the parcel is in Dubai Post office. You should contact U.A.E Post and pickup the parcel asap. Dubai Post office service is very bad. Often they will reject the parcel to non-PO box address.

i have one parcel, it's shipped through china post and my tracking number is RI088665895CN.

by mistake there is my mobile no is wrong. so how can i correct it? how can i receive it? and how long it will be take?

you can not change phone number and address after the parcel is shipped. parcel to u.a.e need correct p.o.box number, phone number is not required. If you don't have p.o.box number in parcel, u.a.e post might reject the parcel.

Dear Sir,

i have checked my parcel current status, it's showing still in Chaina, so how long will be take to come here in UAE to pick up. because end of this month i am going to vacation and i will be back end of may. please advice for me. thanks

My Shipment Ref is RI409373650CN. The Tracking says it has left Shanghai Intl Airport on 8th May 15. How can I know the status in Dubai for this. I can collect from empost office.

http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php shows average arrival time from china to UAE is 17 days, so you should get the parcel by end of May.
