Dubai, have been exported directly

2. So both parcels are coming back to China, impossible to get them.

I have a shipment which was returned to China after reaching uae because there is no pobox, I want to reroute it back to Dubai bad update my shipping information , how can I do this , please help. Parcel no: RG311503381CN

your parcel was returned to shipper, you need contact shipper to resend it to you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was returned to China from oversea. I don't think you can get the parcel in future. If you paid with paypal or aliexpress, open dispute for non-arrival order.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.phpshows the parcel left china for UAE on Oct 13. normally travel from china to UAE will take about 2 to 5 weeks, please be patient.
